How about we stop with the fucking scape goats and actually sort out the issues, because the problem today definitely wasn't Hart.

1. Clichy was AWFUL, as was Garcia. Both contributed to the loss more than Hart.
2. Every goalkeeper in the world would come for that, because they know they can get to it. You could see Joe shouting for Nasty to leave it to him, and yet it's Hart's fault when Nasty heads it straight past him?
3. Still no leadership in defence without Kompany. Zaba needs the arm band.
4. Aguero as a lone striker against Terry and Cahill didn't work for MOST of the game, we needed the beast from the start.

Joe assessed it completely wrong, Nasty wasn't under pressure, got a clean header which would have arrived in Joe's arms before any player was close.

If Nasty had left it what was Joe going to do, he was well out of the area.

We've dropped 7 points away from home, should have been wins at Cardiff and Villa, and at least a draw today, and Joe has been at fault in each game.

A good first two goals, the third he was left with little choice but to come out as the defenders were caught asleep big time. Sensationalising.

It does matter, clearly, as he would have just hoofed it had Nastasic not looked up at him and proceeded to head the ball over him.

Once Joe makes that decision, and calls for it, Nastasic just has to do nothing....

He should have just waited for the header!

But he didn't and he made the decision to come out and clear it, and he would have in good time.

You can say it's wrong for him to have come out but that's only because of what happened, had Nastasic listened, Cech would have been catching the ball up the other end of the pitch.

No way. Its was truly appalling decision making from Hart. Nasty hand two options, head it forcibly away from goal, or cushion back to his keeper. This was also clear anyone watching, Hart is clearly as thick as pig shit if he couldn't weigh up that Nasty was getting the ball and he needed to stay.

To be fair, the rule of thumb though is "if the keeper calls for it" you have to let it be his, if it fails then it's on the keepers head as the defender left it (same as it is at corners).

Joe was in no mans land, and should not have come, but if there was shout that Nasty heard, he should have left it.

Thats' a fair enough comment i can't argue with that, but Joe should still have stayed away.

I'm just trying to add some perspective, there were two players involved in this and granted Joe does deserve some criticism of late, but the witch hunt and name calling is low.

Kick it, as already pointed out by numerous people.

How does he kick a ball that's 8 feet in the air, his only choice would have been to head it and even that wouldn't clear the danger. Face it, he fucked up.

I don't think this was a mistake purely made today, it's been building up because there's regularly confusion between Hart and the central defenders. Countless times the defenders are obviously wanting Hart to come and just pick it up, but he stays on his line and they end up clearing it. This time Hart has decided for some reason to come charging out of his box, with Nastasic fully in control of the situation. Nastasic hasn't looked because this is totally out of Hart's normal behaviour, he doesn't come for much easier balls, why should he expect it this time?

Seeing as Nastasic has put it on a plate for Torres as a result of ignoring Hart's shout, yes. Hart has become the cause of all of City's problems recently and I'm actually in awe.
