John Guidetti

This is in the Mirror:

Balotelli's appearance in the squad at the weekend would help diffuse the row further, and City will hope to somehow keep the prospect of a deal with Milan alive.

If they do, indications from within the camp suggest Mancini will not sign cover but instead promote youngster John Guidetti to take the position as fourth-choice striker.

The 20 year old Sweden international has recently recovered from a serious virus that caused him to lose the feeling in his right leg, and is highly rated by the coaching staff after scoring an impressive 20 goals in 23 appearances on loan with Feynoord last season.

Mancini has to fucking play him. He puts Mario out there time and time again to frustrate everyone... and leaves this kid to stay at home.

Guidetti scored a hat-trick against the side that raped us 3-1 in the CL... but no sign of him. Talk about questionable tactics and player choices.

He has been injured the majority of the year and isn't even match fit at the moment ffs.

He seems to have participated in full training during the past few weeks so why not?

Get him on the bench at least.

A Loan to Newcastle would be ideal , with Ba going, could get lots of game time
No offense but I have no interest in seeing him played out wide there which is what will happen as he isn't unseating cisse

Why does he need to go on loan? Plenty of games left for us to use him. Much rather see him given a chance than Sir Sulk a Lot getting another second on the pitch.

Any club in the top half barring Stoke would be an ideal if we were to loan him out this season. But with Mario being very unreliable I don't see this happening this season.

Someone mentioned Norwich. Good choice, Hughton is class and plays positive football

I agree.

Plus they aren't exactly blessed with strikers, they have Holt, the awful Morrison, Jackson and Harry Kane (17/18 y.o.)

and..... Holt and Morison are injured at the moment I believe.

If Kun is out two months, I'd keep him and give him some game time, if only as a sub to start with, he'll be bursting at the seams to prove himself.
