That's what it seems to YOU. You don't have a clue what is actually going on, though. It will come.

Hi mate....I think most feel the ground work was done a while ago with Stones making it clear he wanted to leave....I agree, why we havent made a bid is just guess work and opinion but I think many are struggling to understand why this is taking so long....I agree its likely to happen before China trip but "to me", there does feel like a pattern that we never seem to show any urgency in doing our transfer business...

I could be anything. Seriously it could be something as simple as he wants the number 5 shirt.

You are right we don't show any urgency....thats not the same as there not being urgency. Our club likes to play it cool in public. Its part of the ethos of the club that IMO comes directly from the Sheik. We have the best in the business running the club. Right now there is not a ton of urgency regarding Sane and Stones because they couldn't join up with the team even if we did sign them.

Well lets see if he fights Zabs for that number.

That's not a fight. Pablo is our number 5. My point is only relevant if we are planning on selling Zabs in the next few days (which was rumored until very recently).
I was being facetious mate. Not sure I can understand what the fucks happening at the moment with movements in or out.Was hoping we may hear something this week but its becoming a bit of a lottery as things stand.Hopefully Stones will get sorted shortly, but as for the rest ... well who knows.

I don't agree with the people moaning why we don't just pay what clubs "value" their own players at... of course they value them at ridiculous sums of money because they want lots of money it's that simple. So with the fact that greed is driving the market prices out of the way, the other excuse for not caring I hear is it's not our money... it's not but we should all want the club to be self sufficient rather than rely on the Sheikh(it's just common sense for one, secondly FFP is not gone, third less ammo for the anti city press which makes it harder for these players to settle. Look at what happened Sterling and tell me it doesn't matter) if you think we are in a position yet to be readily throwing £50m on players that wont even be marquee signings without at least trying to get a better deal then think again we don't have a revenue like some clubs do yet and even they aren't being that wasteful.

Let them try and bring the price down on a player that was overvalued and that wants to leave, let the club decide if the price is too high before they buy a player or not, they might have alternatives we know nothing really. Even if it's £2-5m we save or some bonus related clauses where we will pay out more when it looks as though the deal is working out, it all adds up and gives us more room for other things.

Saturday, are you available? My wife is crap at shopping and misses all the bargain price gear, never sticks to budget and now we have our very own FFP in place.
Any chance you can do this for us?

Let's be honest, nobody was even talking about Umtiti before Barcelona went in for him, their purchase of him is still a huge gamble.

Thats now looking a great buy for Barca....Umtiti jumped ahead of Mangala in the depth chart at the euros and looked solid....

- England defender has indicated he wants to join Pep Guardiola
- City expected to make offer for 22-year-old

It is understood that Stones has told Everton of his desire to leave for City and, if he is signed, it may be in time for the pre-season tour, which starts next week.

Here we go !

Than you better watch the final again mate. As soon as Eder came on he gave Untiti all sorts of problems. Umtiti couldn't handle the psysical attribute Eder brought with him. Mangala has never lost a physical battle as long as I know him as a Cityplayer. Doesn't take away he needs improving other aspects, but you are -as usual- very fast with opinions.

He is and they do,according to some on here, never mind Sky!

Tbf that's down to him being shit. We are signing him in the hope that his shitness is a phase he was going through & that he is going to 'become' a great player.

85 percent of Everton fans on the Echo poll, also believe he is shit & want to snap our hand off. They are uncertain as to whether it's a blip or just that he's shit, but they want the money.

Experienced judges think he will be a special player, so we're signing him by the look of it.

If they are right, we are laughing, if they are wrong, we have paid 50 mil for a shit cb who is not as good as Smalling or Cahill.

I will trust that they know what they are doing & that he will be great for us. But that doesn't change the fact that most of his own fans don't think he's currently good enough to start for Everton.
