Question for Meka.............I've asked this from a few Chelsea fans, without an answer so far.

If John Terry stays at Chelsea, are you all going to feel your 'super captains' loyalty and faithfulness when he's just f*cked you over for a huge payrise and contract extension?

Has he just fucked us over though? Seriouisly? He's told the club and the manager that he want's to stay. Why the hell would he need to dance coming out and saying he wants to stay everytime you come calling. He's said he wants to finish his career here. If he came out tomorrow and said he's staying, only for you to make another bid 2 weeks later, would he need to come out again and say it? fuck no. Because he doesn't need to. He doesn't want to join City because Chelsea and City are years apart.

That's not an answer! There is a lot of money on the table here, and his future, if you think that he will stay at Chelsea on the same contract now you are deluding yourself. The silence from him is deafening.

If he's not noticed the cash, you can be sure that his Mrs has!

Just going to say the same thing myself mate. MCFC will always be a bigger club than chelski. And the fact that we have more money to spend now which wasnt the case before to attract a higher calibre of player makes it even more so.

OK there are exceptions but I expect Terry to be a Chelsea player next season. If any of the posters from the previous pages wants a bet on it I will lay it at a 10% better price than you can get at the bookies. I'm quite prepared to put my money where my mouth is. I don't expect to get knocked over in the rush.

I agree feedthegoat, i can't see him coming to us and i really dont care what he does, but what i like is the fact we are now able to ruffle the feathers of the so called "big four"

The full transcript reads:

"We can confirm we have completely rejected an offer from Manchester City for John Terry.

"It was made clear to City, for a second time following an approach last season, that we would not entertain any conversation on the subject.

"At the time John also reiterated his total commitment to Chelsea.

"We would like to make it clear, and will not do so again, that John is not for sale."

This suggests to me that Terry reiterated his commitment to Chelsea at the time of the approach last season, and not at this present time.

Now i will go on record here to say that I dont think we will get Terry but what intrigues me is why Chelsea felt this needed to get into the public domain and why they havent cleared up the mess when it would be ridiculously easy for them to do it?

I really enjoy sticking it to the "so called" big 4. We have totally overshadowed Chelsea unveiling their new manager, I expect it has really pissed them off. They will soon have to realise their dominance is a thing of the past and I can't wait till we can stick it to 'em on the pitch as well as off it.

Firstly Meka - our owners won't just leave and get bored - do yourself a favour and look at the involvement of Arab money in British horseracing - these guys are serious businessmen who are only satisfied with success and will stop at nothing till they achieve it - not Russian mafiosa who are basically using the club to launder money. Also I would like to know how you would be ok if Abrahmovic walked away! You're over £500mil in debt yourself and according to yearly figures you don't make enough money to cover your overheads - so really, tell me how that works???
Let's face it, i'm not convinced Terry would leave Chelsea for us right now, but of all the top 4 teams, being slagged off by Chelsea is the hardest to take.
Ok so you were CL qualifiers before your takeover, but it's common knowledge that you overspent to get there and were days away from 'doing a Leeds' if it wasn't for good fortune and Russian oil money. Up to that point your honours list was very similar to ours.
However our fan base has always been bigger - even since your success you can't get higher crowds than us, a team who's won nothing in 30+years - and most of the fans you now get are the 'prawn-sandwich' brigade. I see you were a fan of Chelsea for 8 years before Abrahmovic... wow - a whole 8 years? Is that from when you were born? Check your team's history pal.

What about when your owners get bored? We have a structure at our club so if Roman does decide to leave, we can carry on running normally. Whereas you've only offered players £200k wages, so when you owner leaves, you're going down with the leeds scum, ddoowwnn with leeedsss scumm.

But Ancelotti is not going to say in his press conference that he is selling john Terry " John Terry will be a chelsea captain forever and is a symbol for chelsea " erm yeah until he hands in a transfer request. Its the last time he will get to do something adventurous and oh yeah the money will be pretty good too.
