Tit for tat maybe with regard to Sturridge.

Very possible:

Talks took place between Garry Cook and Peter Kenyon, the chief executives, with Chelsea believing it was only about young striker Daniel Sturridge.

But Cook took Kenyon by surprise when he tabled a formal offer for Terry - even though the club rejected a similar such approach last season.

from the Mail

Does this make me ITK? TBH I meant in the sense that they've made their admiration of Sturridge clear for sometime so maybe we've decided to do the same?

Well we know Terry isn't the type of player to ignore such media headlines so be prepared to hear him come out and say how he is 100% committed to Chelsea. Anyone know what the Chelsea fans make of this?

what do you mean this

I just mean he wont sit back without coming out and saying I want to remain at Chelsea for life etc or If he did want to come he would publically push for it.

I just got this off Chelsea chat:

surely City would not have bid again without
having worked out a del first with JT, as seems the norm these days. If so, I wonder this time if he'll ask to go. I hope not.

SSN isn't Live now. It's on a loop until 6am. So the Terry news wont "break" until then.

Lazy twats. Perhaps they should rename it 'Through the Night We're Not Here, But Out Queuing for a Go on Alex Quinn'

Re: Chelsea reject Terry offer

Stamford Bridge officials released a statement exclusively to Sportsmail after confirming that a bid had been made in person by City chief executive Garry Cook

err no they didn't .. this paper talks so much shit .. but i still always read it for some reason

classic! Nice one Cook! I wonder what Kenyon's reaction was?? Chelsea fans would like to think he was outraged, but I bet you he wasn't, he just said he likes his knee caps where they are.
