Very young naive married couple, don’t like to say can I have sex so they say can I do the washing? Husband is feeling frisky says to the wife can I do my washing? She says no ! a little later she relents and says to him you can do your washing ! He replies I’ve already done it by hand !

A colleague of mine called Bob Farr told me this in I think 1960 and i didn't laugh then either.
