He has been a very good player for us but he is nowhere near technically gifted enough and he is another that has played his part in our progression so far but its time we upgraded.

I think we need another outstanding player alongside Vinny anyway and MP should sort this in the Summer. Joleon is still good and Nasti has potential but we need that bit of extra quality if we are to compete for the Champs League.

I suppose with joe having a worldy the other day bluemoon needed a whipping boy.
He will leave in jan with his head held high and most blues will acknowledge that he did a good, maybe even very good job for us.

Me to pa, been a great defender for us and would still be given a decent run of games. His only problem is his passing and once the new players realise that they won't be so keen to give it him under pressure. Vastly underated by some.
The best standing tackler at the club, nicks balls from attackers feet like candy from a baby.

Judging Lescott based on the other night is not fair given he was up against his main vice (pace) and the most in form striker in the world at present.
Joleon has done a brilliant job for us, but having said that it is time for him to move on.

Don't know anything mate, just my opinion :) just noticed I said jan, mean the summer IMO
