with mancini's inter plus 50M players mourinho did less home league points and worst in CL.

OK, he got 1 point less in his first season (but still won the league). And both seasons they got knocked out in the first Knockout round didn't they? But Inter won it under JM the next season. So how is that worse?

Re: Jose for City?

For me it is the style and brand of football Mancini plays ,I dont see any real improvement on last season , I think some of our buys are poor and are struggling .I can see us ending we nothing from a season that promised so much.If Mourinho is available get him he is the best in the business. He would fill the stadium raise the profile of the club and attract the top top players .He would also probably end drought

Mourinho is a great manager. But he is not infallible. He does best when up against it. Porto, Inter.

When he had the best team in Europe, Chelsea, he failed in the Champions League. Currently with a fantastic squad he is struggling in Barca's wake. Pelligrini, as Mancio pointed out, failed last year by a mere 1 point.

The problem for me is who the hell we would replace Mancini with. No obvious contenders.
Anybody who gets the best out of players. People may arf at this but I think Sven would work wonders with this squad and afew more

Wait until the end of the season ffs

Surely it's more amusing to whine on about how shit we are; with a shit manager; in a shit position in the league; only in two cups etc whilst still having nine games to play (just under a quarter of the season left)?

Personally I think absolute points tally is meaningless, placing is what counts but I've seen you use point tally (while ignoring our higher placing) in an attempt to quantify our lack of progression under Mancini so it's a bit hypocritical of you to dismiss the same for Jose.

josè's second years inter was a lot different from mancini's inter . thanks to ibrahimovic wanting go at barca inter bought eto'o sneijder milito motta pandev and lucio. the mens who won the treeble.

with mancini's inter (plus 50M in quaresma-mancini-muntari) mourinho did less home league points and LESS champions league points doing second in CL qualification group.
AND WORST IN ITALIA CUP TOO.

Your wasting your time Mancio. His mind is made up. I don't think it'll make any difference if we finish 3rd and win 2 cups. City fans are never happy

You're mixing up two different arguments. People keep telling me we're better because we're third, when we're only in that position because Chelsea have dropped 10 points from last season. That doesn't make US a better team.

If Jose had failed to win the league then you could say he'd done worse.
