If a club came in with an £80m bid on the last day of the window & Berny wanted to go, It would be accepted. Berny wanting to go is the important part though as he's only interested in Barca & Benfica, who don't have the money
You can't say that...how would you know? And if someone was willing to make that type of investment it would be well underway i.e. the Rice, Gvardiol, Kane endeavors currently or already done like other moves in that price range like Havertz, Tonali, and Mount. I'm not saying it can't happen but I would be very surprised if someone came in with 80 mil on September 1st and also surprised if City were to agree at such a late date throwing the entire balance of the squad out of kilter with no real chance of bringing in a legitimate replacement...JMHO

Happened last year with PSG on deadline day, he got told no. PSG left the table.
 
I thought about him as an example but then I remembered he was S American player of the year when we bought him so changed it to Akanji!
Perrone may become that type of purchase,,,we shall see. If Gomez comes good, he would also fall into that category...
