What you mean other clubs only know about City's revenue because an employee of City mention it. Like its not published in accounts, the prize money on offer for the competitions we won is not in the public domain, you mean leaders of other clubs cant look at published accounts and do maths? BizarreNot getting into a spat with you as I easily could.
If the team and squad stays as it is, hopefully it won’t, but if it does, we’ll see.
As for My ’obsession’ with Soriano! (please). It was him boasting and telling the world of football and other (player selling) clubs how much money/revenue City will make in the next financial year. I’m sure that didn’t go unnoticed.
As a rule Soriano and City keep information like that under wraps until City’s financial results are made public.
Hopefully Josko will sign in the next 2 weeks and we can all let out a sigh of relief. :-)
Not to be a pedant, but our threadbare squad did something never done before in English Football. There was the full flap about letting Sterling, Jesus and Zincenko all go in one window and how we were thin on the ground. Our threadbare squad did something only done once before in English football.
Absolutely, easy as fuck to make up to get a reaction to boost his twitter profileSecret scout, more like ferret, a KFA account like 99% out there.
One thing that should not be forgotten is the huge bonus sums that will have been paid out to the staff after an incredible treble winning season. Not getting into a spat with you as I easily could.

We know the revenue every year, we plaster it all over the web sight and the profit which is the figure that matters for available spending , £41 mill profit from £600 mill revenue less than 10% profit very quickly becomes a loss if a tight check isn't kept on spending and income. We will buy Gvardiol. and we will IMO have a squad as good if not better than last seasons. Not getting into a spat with you as I easily could.

Still 2 weeks to go until the start of the season proper.
But If anyone thinks we’re going to win either the PL title or CL again after losing Mahrez and Gundogan, and only having the current team and squad, you can think again.
Revenues of £700mill according to Soriano, current transfers in and out are against player wise, and wages are a positive reduction for the club.
One thing that should not be forgotten is the huge bonus sums that will have been paid out to the staff after an incredible treble winning season.
Our playing staff are on good money but with huge incentive based bonus deals, they will have been paid out in full last season and I would bet that will have taken much of the price money won.
Not jut him, apparently Khaldoon, Pep and Soriano do too. Plus most fans that understand Txiki's job and how the whole transfer TEAM work together on tranfers and budgets.Don’t you dare! Trust Txiki completely and unquestionably according to mossideblue.
poppycockEveryone says that we have a set price etc.. which is great but it could be problematic if we have cases where we negotiate for a player who’s all in on joining us and the deal doesn’t go through. This can cause players in the future to second guess committing to joining city as they don’t know if we can close the deals or not.
That could be problematic as the club always targets players who want to join city and only city.
Whilst making it 3 Premier league titles on the bounceNot to be a pedant, but our threadbare squad did something never done before in English Football.
They entered and won the Champions league as Champions, and won the treble based on performances rather than fluke.
Got to be on a wum seeing as you’ve been in this forum 14 years and post shite like that.Does anyone question Txiki ‘s incredibly powerful position? Genuine question. ONE man entirely responsible for so much? Is this the same at every top club?
How did he get the post? is he regarded as the best at what he does - it seems our owners must think so. Is he the Adrian Newy of football?
Hired as a negotiator only I assume. So the board and Pep tell him what they want and it’s his sole job to sort it out. Problem is, he doesn’t seem to me to have the success at that that I’d like to see.
i haven’t seen anyone questioning him here, is it a no go zone for chat/opinion by mere supporters because he’s untouchable?
what does anyone think?
It would already be there if the post deletion fairy wasn't on a mission.I reckon this thread hits a thousand pages and it's game on.
Some without doubt has come from sponsors but not all and I would imagine the total will be a very large sum.True but majority of that will be covered by the increase in sponsor money on a achievements written into sponsors.. City ain't daft they'll know we likely to win stuff and players will get bonus on us winning trophies so they will have must of that covered..
Why would you hope its BS? He did not state in anyway that the deal is off, just stated the obvious, that City will sooner or later be looking at alternatives IF they cant get the deal over the line. Why do people think that means he says the deal is off or anything? I fail to see the logic behind that reasoning. As I said, I hope it's BS. I don't really trust anything I read on the internet. I consider it gossip, and I really want it to be just that in this case.
as far as i know txiki is the director of football, incharge of scouting across all our teams, i'm not sure he actually negotiates anything , that is left to omar berrada(sp)who For his current role, Omar is responsible for managing and optimising group football operations for almost 100 teams across 11 clubs on 5 continents, managing several departments across CFG including player transactionsDoes anyone question Txiki ‘s incredibly powerful position? because on here 2 + 2 doesnt equal 4, it doesnt even equal 5, on here people get 2 bits of information add them together and make some fantastical nonsense where the world is endingWhy would you hope its BS? For someone who writes a lot, you mustn't read very much.
Txiki bashing on here is a daily routine for many.
If this is even remotely true then I will be of the belief that txiki struggles to close deals that do not involve any type of a clause.
