Give over. This is Bluemoon. Post first, think later. Come on the match thread on sunday afternoon for proof of that.If only people could hold there opinions up until they are actually based on something .....
I think he scored a massive3 goals for us? I seem to remember one against Birmingham.I still remember a back pass of his in a cup match against Arsenal I think. Got stuck in the mud? and was picked off by a forward. Maybe that git Charlie George? That said I thought he was usually sound.

It's a rumour on here. Not sure how correct it is, mind. What's this "think later" you speak of?
Go on thenAnd me . If I got it wrong then I hold my hands up
Of course we have. Don't have one.I see we have still not solved the left back problem.
Sorry to go off topic, but where did this fucking myth originate from that Grealish spent a lot of time on the bench during his first season? City fans buy into it too, but it's simply not true. Grealish played the average number of minutes for a City player during his first season.Simple Simon couldn't help himself could he? Wanker.View attachment 88721
I think one of the main reasons that Pep wanted him was so that he could play him and Stones at the same time, teams know that we will push Stones into midfield to outnumber them but now we can do the same with Gvardiol. They won't have a clue who is coming from where anymore.I have this crazy hope that Gvardiol is going in to play CM and that Laporte will stay (Philips being the one to move on) - Plus if there's room a couple of attacking extras.
..............Ederson............ (Ortega)
..Stones ......Dias ......Ake .. (Walker/Akanji/Laporte)
..........Rodri Gvardiol......... (Kovacic)
Bernardo KDB Foden Grealish (Olise/Duko/Bobb/Palmer/McAtee)
............Haaland.............. (Alvarez)
My thought is that if either Stones or Gvardiol play in midfield then there's enough cover for Rodri so we could sell Philips or even let him go on loan to see if he regains his mojo.I think one of the main reasons that Pep wanted him was so that he could play him and Stones at the same time, teams know that we will push Stones into midfield to outnumber them but now we can do the same with Gvardiol. Definate sniff about them mate.@Inter Me Nan, @BringBackSwales
Do you think that at least some of the "Sack Txiki and the board!" merchants are on the WUM to get a reaction?
Laporte staying seems unlikely, as does Phillips leaving. But I would expect Gvardiol to be tried in the CB --> CDM role, only one other than Stones that can do that and his passing would be very useful thereI have this crazy hope that Gvardiol is going in to play CM and that Laporte will stay (Philips being the one to move on) - Plus if there's room a couple of attacking extras.

BINGO....I understand that the fee has been agreed but not the payment or bonus terms.
IF IF IF IF the player ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLY wants to sign for City,we should set a deadline (96 hours) or we defer it until his buyout clause is activated next summer.
We are hardly short of multi purpose defenders.
No I think they are daft cunts@Inter Me Nan, @BringBackSwales
