Jude Bellingham

Going to go against the grain on this. He is no doubt a very talented player (but not as talented as the hype suggests at present). He has huge attributes that would improve most teams.

However does he fit into the way we play? Does he have the skill set to be a Pep player....Im just not sure. I can see how he really fits in at the scousers with the way they play but not so much with us. We need players like the Silva's (david and bernardo), players who play in very tight spaces with short very quick passing and very quick feet....I dont see that with Bellingham.

We have seen in the past so many players go to so many good teams and it not work. I feel there is a real possibility that that could be the case with Bellingham to us.
I am just thinking he may be a bit overhyped but what do I know.

Have to admit if this transfer is around the quoted 100-130 million mark we should stay well clear. The pressure on him will be immense from day 1 and it's a price you can't live upto.

Numerous flops have gone for big money in recent years, Nunez, grealish, lukaku, Sancho, hazard, Coutinho, dembele, felix, maguire

Big money transfers like this go wrong far more than they go right, that being said I do think he will be a star.

Get Bellingham in and rapid! holding Bernardo hostage any longer in this frozen wasteland of crap restaurants and empoverished northerners is simply, well, cruel, to him and his whip crackin' better half...

When you say his “whip crackin’ better half” have you got any, er, photographic evidence to back up that assertion?

Sort of like that time he became the most expensive 17 year old in history and his hometown club retired his shirt number after a single season?

Something tells me the guy doesn't feel pressure.

I hear your point but there's a difference between 25 mill and the reported fee Dortmund want.

The point still stands. There isn't a particular transfer fee that magically makes player's knees wobble.

Those players you listed were never worth those fees. It's not like the pressure got to them, it's more a case of the likes of Grealish never being worth £100m in the first place. The only exception there would be the incredibly talented Ousmane Dembele but he's a ****, his attitude is shit and he's made of rice paper.

Bellingham's dealt with playing men's football as a boy. He's dealt with being the most expensive 17 year old in history. He's dealt with playing Champions League and international games at the same age. He's dealt with wearing the armband. And so on. I really don't think you need to worry about him feeling the pressure.
