Jude Bellingham

Football is a commercial operation which exists to make money for its many and varied stakeholders.

Bellingham is just the latest young, good-looking poster boy used for promoting the image of elite football.

Having an abundance of genuine talent, ability and personal behaviours are all secondary in comparison.

That's about it.

I have no interest in Ingerland, although I will watch any football, and some of our players have to/been chosen to participate. After Porto it’s difficult to be positive about Tommy Tuchel but I do admire the way he’s dealing with this knob. 6 minutes and he throws a sulk. If he had the exceptional talent of say Zlatan or KdB he could be tolerated but he’s nowhere near that level. Get shut and bond a team

ESPN just did a segment on his behaviour after being subbed

I think he’s a publicity whore. He didn’t score so has to make a 3 act play out of being subbed to get in the news

He’s got United in 2 years written all over him

Sunderland on loan the year after ;)

Would not have him in the England squad thinks he’s better than the team and a bad attitude.

Whilst I think that approach would work at club level I.e put the bell end in his place, it’s not realistic

If we did anything other than win the WC. Tuchel(rightly or wrongly) would be hounded for the rest of his life

That said, I don’t know why the manager just doesn’t say Foden, Rice and someone else are better than him and for the time being, Bellingham sits down

All this Foden can’t play, Foden doesn’t have the personality - where has that come from? Foden is the best player in the squad as far as I’m concerned. He’s won more, contributed more to a top team for over 5 years than any of them

Saka V Foden. Have a day off!
Rashford V Foden. Not wasting my time
Palmer V Foden - Palmer takes penalties, nice one
Grealish V Foden. One is at Everton. Says it all

Tuchel, in my mind, is what Capello should have been. If the WC was in Europe we would win. In the heat of the US, maybe maybe not but a good a chance as anyone

No disagreeing on all round football ability Foden wins over those players. As a right winger though Saka has that spot nailed down. He plays there every week and is a brilliant player. The left where the other 2 you mention is not really an option for Phil these days and he struggled there in the world cup as he’s certainly not as quick as he was when he played there for us a few years ago.

He wants to play centrally and there is a lot of competition for places there currently in the England squad. Don’t get me wrong i think he should be starting in England’s best team by the world cup. With all that’s gone on though i don’t think Tuchel has done much wrong so far and it’s up to Phil over the next 6 months to earn is spot on the team.

Bellingham has some excellent attributes but lacks intelligence to be a great No 10. Creating goals is not his forte.

Aside from being a giant twat, he‘s just not particularly suited to playing as a 10 behind a striker. He‘s not good on the half turn or in tight spaces, he‘s not especially creative. He‘s a box crasher - good physicality, and a decent eye for goal.

Watched Tuchel being interviewed by ITV before the game mid week. He was highlighting how little time as a manager he has with the players during international break. There was one big training session before the game where they could actually work on tactics and shape.

Everyone has to bought into what’s happening for it to work. If you have someone like Bellingham thinking he’s above everyone else and works to his ideas and not the team. In a position such as attacking mid where you have to pull the strings it won’t work, specially with the windows of opportunity to get a group of players together and gel.

How many journo's are being paid by his PR team to produce shite like this to justify his acting like a ****?

I watched the game, well the game was on the tv as I looked through Vinted.

I saw kean running around like a headless chicken leaving no one up front. I didnt see bellend, forgot he was playing.

Didn't see his reaction to being subbed think I was making a brew.

Ive seen bellend play against City and forgot he was playing.

Never seen him play well. To me he is just a bad apple; a spoilt little shit.
