Apparently, it was once his dream to become a manager in The Premier League, but was quoted as saying, "But now, the dream is over"

He apparently said this after their game at our place: "The football paradise is The Bundesliga. We have the most competetive league, the best stadia and the fans are great. England comes close, but that's a dream I had when I began in Management. However, now, the dream is over."

That was before the team he built started to disintegrate.

He's only lost Goetze. Lewandowski was going anyway.

you of the belief Pellegrini is keeping the seat warm for Pep Zin?

Eh? I'm getting confused now Zin. Your kid pretty much said it wasn't Pellegrini yesterday.

It might surprise you bud but we don't agree on everything, this is another, though he was right 3 months ago bob was gone, I disagreed )8- though this will even the score!!!

It was an off the cuff comment you balloon. Did it hurt your feelings as it is the 3rd time you have brought it up.

haha - 4th actually, and one that i will never tire of laughing at from scrotes like you!!

Personally I wouldn't hold my breath on this one. He seems really happy and settled at Dortmund and can't see him leaving. Would be incredible if it did happen but... :/

For me he seems to play again a somewhat similar style to roberto again with wingers so who knows he may be up on boards list of people.
Heh similar style to Mancini? Yes, he look like Roberto, and only difference between them is that this guy won almost everything possible and in the same time he was not spend 10% of the budget which Roberto had. Actualy this guy discover extra ordinary talents, train them, and after while, he sell them for huge amount of money to those like Roberto.

I said in a post yesterday that Klopp certainly has a great managerial approach i feel he is very similar to Jose with the way the players depend on him.And yes he will discover talents and give the youth the time they deserve such as John and Marcos.

If anyone was to replace Mancini it would be Klopp for me but it looks more to be pellegrini and again he will target those in the youth squad and develop them i think the perfect example is Villareal.

His wider problem is that all the key players at Dortmund including Gundogen, Reus, and Hummels, have buy out clauses which are realistic. The choice isn't Dortmund's or his to keep those players, it's down to whether the players want to stay.

Bottom line Dortmund are a selling club and Bayern are financially reasserting their authority in the league by buying Gotze/Lewa, employing Pep, etc. The question is how ambitious is Klopp. Yes he may well believe the Bundesliga has it all in terms of quality of players, stadia, etc. But if his choice is either steadily get further and further behind Bayern or move to the PL, I'm sure his family, agents, etc will all be talking to him about these things. After all he isn't a Guardiola like figure who came through the Dortmund academy himself and has deep ties to the club and community. He's a professional football manager who's stock is at it's peak.

Anyway having said all that I do think it's unlikely. But I do think City are trying and are in a better position to tempt him than they were a week ago when they already had a manager in place.

Proper made me laugh. Had a few big mouths offering bets to me last week too but I thought I'd spare them further misery.
