You can see The Sun's headlines if Klopp was to become our Manager :

Pending appointment as City Boss : KLOPPORTUNITY KNOCKS!
After nicking a goal against the rags in the last minute : KLOPPS AND ROBBERS!
Beating Liverpool at Anfield : KLOPP THAT!
Winning the Prem : KLOPP OF THE LEAGUE!
On the flip side a shock defeat would have:WHAT A LOAD OF KLOPP..

That alone is reason to hire him.

I'm afraid "Klopp flops" is more likely should we get a bad result.

I just wonder whether Jose would be tempted although not sure Cheeky would want him. Ancelotti would be a good appointment but only for a couple of years until Pep arrives.

Just stuck £20 on Klopp - At 40/1 with betfair I thought it was worth a punt.

Although odds as low as 16/1 with william hill.

you of the belief Pellegrini is keeping the seat warm for Pep Zin?

Eh? I'm getting confused now Zin. Your kid pretty much said it wasn't Pellegrini yesterday.

It might surprise you bud but we don't agree on everything, this is another, though he was right 3 months ago bob was gone, I disagreed )8- though this will even the score!!!
Just brothers, innit. We fight. Mine said from day one he didn't think Mancini would be successful with us, I won that one in 2011! I thought the club would honour at least 2 of the 5 years contracted, 1 all with me and my bruv. Both excited for next season now.

It's a bit long and drawn out, but just fast forward it to action; Klopp at work. The relationship he has with fans and players. Hugs and kisses for players and coaching staff. He's turned this club around in four years and that, on a tight budget. My favourite has always been Jupp Heynckes as replacement for Mancini, but after watching clips of this man at work, you can't help but love the guy. It's all in German and like I said, a bit long, but......well, watch it :) BRILL!

How can you understand anything, when it's in German?

I've actually been looking for an English Documentary on Dortmund or Klopp for a while now if anyone knows a good one?

Personally, I can understand it, but for those that can't, just watch the bits of him with his lads, coaching staff and fans. The bits when he was manager of Mainz, when he failed to get promotion by one point and the following year by 1 GOAL! Then on the 3rd attempt, he was successful. The bit where he left Mainz after 15 years and cried his eyes out like a baby in front of the camaras. The man is special. Unfortunately, I don't think he'll be comin to City. However, the hugs and kisses and close relationship with staff and players I mentioned in another thread, is proof it works.

Fair enough you can understand it. Wish I could too.

Also Klopp is so likable it's incredible. Would love him as next manager. Cant decide who I'd prefer, Klopp or Pelegrini.

There was an interesting rumour that we'd decreased our interest in Pellegrini for a "outside candidate". My assumption was it was Klopp, but that rumour seems to have silenced, and Pellegrini seems back on!

Good afternoon to ALL my fellow blues.

Hope you are having a nice weekend.

So..Is it Klopp Or Pele???

Not really been watching the managerial situation as I presumed Pele was nailed on?

Would love him here, talented, talented manager. He has turned Dortmund into a powerhouse with a very limited budget, by getting the best out out his players, would love to see what he could do with us! But to be honest can see it happening at least for awhile, think he has said afew times he does want to leave.

Yeah I think so to. It's just there was a rumour which lasted about 24 hours that we'd cooled interest in Pelle and were looking at a new "outside candidate".

Wasn't picked up by any press or anything, and the rumour died.

Still looks like Pelle will become the next City manager.

Horton hears a who?
Dr Suess?
The cat in the hat?
Hold on...
I saw a guy who looked like Graham Norton the other day and he was wearing a hat!
Norton rhymes with Horton...
It's Eurovision night...

Ergo our new manager is Terry Wogan!!!

QED

Simples, this ITK lark. Simples.

This interview made him a lot more appealing to me .At the top of my wish list now:
