It wouldn’t be best for us, but I think the best place for him would be someplace lower table in Italy or Spain. Away from the spotlight and media. Build up some confidence and enjoy living in a nicer climate for a bit.
Probably a better fit for them, the 3 I mentioned at least try to play progressive, modern football on occasion

Why? he is utterly broken, even Wee Davie gave up on him and he was his biggest fan boy.
And Southgate so if he gets a job somewhere he won't take him either. We really fucked up here, I think our only chance is if he goes somewhere on loan and plays well but we want a good fee and all wages covered so thats going to be hard for it to happen.
Seen this morning that Leipzig, Salzburg and Roma all interested. I think a move outside of England would be great as less media pressure. Leipzig would be a great move.

That's laughable. Why the hell would Barcelona want anything to do with him. He should count himself lucky if he manages to get a loan from a lower-table PL side.

Since Alonso wants Aleix Garcia from Girona, maybe Kalvin can replace him there.
still hard to understand what went so wrong for him. he was decent PL midfielder for a lower half club and international at Leeds. he came here and now looks like a League Two player.
imo he easily could have moved on from Leeds if we dont sign him 2 years ago to a mid table club and likely would be a regular. now even that seems an unlikely scenario.
I think we need to swallow it and sell him for whatever price. his resale value was still decent last summer but this summer it will be really low.
another loan with us paying some wages is nonsense. at least we got a bit of loan fee out of WHU, what a horrible deal it was for them too lol.
