I’d say sign brighton’s chief of scout instead.
I think the club find it easier to allow other clubs to find these talents and then sign them mate?

At 26 years of age I'm not sure how much more potential he has. It's one thing to do it for half a season at Brighton. It's another to replace Mahrez at City and the level we play at.
