Keir Starmer

Oh dear.

Labours own legal team are demanding Progress and Labour first are expelled from the party from the party for their part in the coup.

This is why Starmer is the right man.

Have the media mercilessly lied about Starmer in his first couple of months as leader? They used their influence and it worked.

Corbyn has won one liable case already last week and more victories are coming.

Awkward for Starmer. He's going to have to do this as well as kick the antisemites out, or brush the whole lot under the carpet to save his mates.

And I think Starmer is the wrong man for the job because he is not a socialist and is pro EU and as much as you bang on and on about Labour being full of scum, you are tarring half a million people with a very broad brush and it is as dreadful as any abuse handed out to the backstabbers. You are tarring me as scum.

What do you not understand about the PLP going against the membership? Any MP that did so deserved to be ousted, some went about it the wrong way and I don't condone that but if those in the PLP don't believe in democracy they have no place in the Labour party. Her husband is also friends with fat Tom the traitor as well as working for that shit stirring piece of shit paper the Guardian.

She was part of the cabal of cunts who have helped enable the UK to have the worst PM and government in living memory.

Maybe if you had read the report you claimed to have read you might see things differently, You might see it through the eyes of people like me who spent time and energy campaigning for a Labour Government rather than sitting on here pontificating about scum.

Did I say all of the Labour Party, including it’s membership are scum? No I did not.

I didn’t specify who I was talking about within the party, so less of the victimhood when I didn’t call you anything of the like.

The report, which you’re obsessively claiming I didn’t read every single time you reply to me, highlighted that yes there was antisemitism within the party and that those who were supposed to be opposed to it, were using it to beat Corbyn with and making the situation worse.

It implicates a substantial amount of people on the two divides of the infighting, hence why I said “conveyor belt of scum” within the party.

Maybe if you got down off your high horse and stopped being bitter and patronising at the fact that Labour had the worst defeat since 1935 due to your politics not being popular, you’d cheer up a bit.

Even if she did act to oust Corbyn as leader, even if she did conspire to return the party to Blairites, she’s a relatively young MP, under Corbyn’s leadership, who was receiving the most abusive and disgusting racist messages and death threats.

Corbyn should have offered her some support and at least called her, who knows he may have won her around by doing so? That’s what a leader does.

Where was he?

The most damaging line to your success as political ideologues is the insistence that Corbyn would have got in if the general public weren’t manipulated by the media and Blairites in the party.

The sheer gall to patronise the electorate to this degree is why they will reject your politics every time.

Not sure Labour would have got in, but it's clear that the blairites and the media have treated Starmer very differently to Corbyn. They essentially decided the membership had made the wrong choice and mobilised against Corbyn from day one. The attempted coups against him from within became ever more desperate as the people that were screaming that momentum and marxists were taking over had no such concerns about their own small section of the party and rw media uniting against Corbyn.

Let’s not forget that from the moment Momentum and those on the left got in they were telling centrists to fuck off to the Liberals and Tories.

They’re both as bad as each other.

This is almost delusional.

Corbyn has just overseen the greatest loss in recent Labour history and that was because he lost what should be guaranteed Labour votes.

I'm hopeful that Starmer will be a moderate voice who will ditch hard socialism AND dispose of the current incompetent 1980's Tory party to give us something far more modern.

The way that some post in this thread, you would think that the membership hadn't just voted in Starmer as leader on a landslide.

They were manipulated and tricked into it, they were sleep walking when they voted don’t you know.
