Running away is your take. I suspect canvassing for the upcoming elections is more likelyRunning away from scrutiny is fair?
Legally proroguing parliament.Running away from scrutiny is fair?
The ultimate catch 22It’s proof of the alternative I was referring to though. The question I responded to was why do people continue to vote for uniparty candidates. The reason I said because it’s better than the alternative is because that is entirely true for me right now and will be for a lot of others as the alternative is reform. That will be enough alone to make plenty still vote labour or conservative.
I’m not happy about it but that’s the reality.
Anyone that is in a constituency that does have an opportunity to vote for a candidate that supports pr and could get in, I’ll be cheering them from the rafters.
How would anyone know the answer to that?No time for Starmer but who would be a competent replacement.
An unexpected take from yourself :-)Thought he managed Badenough well at PMQs.
Isn’t part of the problem is that anyone can become an MP irrespective of qualifications and aptitude. Maybe, some minimum criteria is needed, and a zero tolerance approach to misdemeanours? How would anyone know the answer to that?
To be honest, Badenough played into his hands by being a dog with a bone knowing she wasn’t going to get anything that hadn’t been said previously. An unexpected take from yourself :-)
Its a good question really, what qualifies anyone to be an mp or leader?Isn’t part of the problem is that anyone can become an MP irrespective of qualifications and aptitude. Maybe, some minimum criteria is needed, and a zero tolerance approach to misdemeanours?

A lying dishonest person with no integrityIts a good question really, what qualifies anyone to be an mp or leader?
Expect a lot of "sorry, I can't remember...it was all saved on my phone."McSweeney up before the select committee on Tuesday ...
Only if historians can explain "Brexit means Brexit" and "No deal is better than a bad deal".History will be a lot kinder to May than she was treated at the time.
Where in the UK can't you drink tap water?I remember in the '70's we used to criticise some European countries because of their water quality. People needing to buy bottled water for drinking was ridiculous, we said. If you go abroad on holiday don't drink the water, we said. Don't have ice in your drink, we said.
Nowadays in England we can't rely on tap water anymore except for maybe brushing our teeth with, or boiling it for a cup of tea.
What a state this country is in, 50 years down the line.
Unfortunately the quality of tap water in many parts of the UK is not good. Thats been proven by scientists. I didn’t say you couldn't drink it, I said you couldn't rely on it.Where in the UK can't you drink tap water?
