Still hanging on, apparently. And Sky now reporting that the number of MPs calling on him to resign is near 90 (think it was 70 yesterday?). So, that's a rise of nearly 30% in the number of, for want of a better word, 'rebels'. Another couple of days like that, and I'd say that he'd have to go, shirley?

They expect Streeting to resign tomorrow and formally announce his challenge.
I think the bigger question is whether Starmer bows out or fights his corner.
I expect the latter.

You missed out that those guys in the flat cap etc got up and went off to work at 7am and in many instances worked hard for their children to ensure they did not have to go through what they experienced.

Your assumptions leading you to that judgement, may be, if I can respectfully suggest, flawed.

You assume that there may be some human in the loop who would prefer some human trust or judgement. There will not be any humans involved.

If a company can pay for an AI CEO that is significantly - more intelligent, more knowledgable, more reliable, much faster, more available, than a human CEO. And if that AI CEO costs like 10% of a human CEO, then they will deploy the AI CEO. Not only to save money but because if they persevere with a sub-standard CEO - a human one - they lose to their competitors.

This logic trickles down the entire organisation.

It take a little imagination to see this but trust me - I've predicted this for 40 years now. This is what's coming. Ai is not a bubble, it is under-hyped. 100% unemployed is a challenge we have no idea how to solve and it's coming soon.

The fact you think having a ‘boss’ features in my working life serves to underline this.
