There are vegan and veggie keto plans...loads of them. I do keto and IF since March lost 3 stone so far. Blood sugars down (a lot) reversed fatty liver disease.

They don’t. Pescatarians eat fish but not other meats.I didn't think veggies ate fish?
Mackerel dripping in extra virgin olive oil is my go to fish.
You could use coconut flour as a replacement.I'm allergic to almonds and they seem to be mentioned a lot,having to dodge those
I've found some keto coconut bars that are goodYou could use coconut flour as a replacement.
Fat bombs are also a must for those on a vegan/vegetarian ketogenic diet.

Pesco-vegetarians are a type of semi-vegetarian who also may consume other forms of seafood like shrimp and scallops but no land-animal derived food like chicken or beef. Vegetarians also eat seeds and nuts.
A vegan would be someone who omits all types of animal products from their diet like eggs and milk and products made from animals aka leather.

I think i might just take a little to start with then,with food or inbetween bob?It can lubricate things you never thought you could lubricate ! Some people put it in their coffee so they do not have to eat for weeks so be very careful mais oui :
