City won't be paying any of Tevez's contract up.

He forfeited his claims when he submitted two transfer requests.

It has already cost him £5m in loyalty payments as a result and is also another big reason why he spat his dummy out at Bayern.

The final straw for him.

He will also be retrospectively fined at the appropriate time.

is there any recourse against snivelling **** tevez for acting in a manor designed to reduce his transfer value., which of course would increase his signing on fee

I can't tell you if that could be the case.

Only to state, Tevez can gladly go to Milan, but all on our terms, or he will be going nowhere.

Is going nowhere really an option though fella

As it looks flb mate, yes !.

We have not suffered as a squad or club like we thought we would. If anything we have shown to be extremely well run from the top down regarding this issue.
No turmoil or hassle in our yard, down in no small part to our suits and back office staff not just Mancini and the players.

Well thats how it seems to me.

So Milan pulled the classic Italian club bull. Says they have agreed with the player and want to take him on loan to the end of the season and just cover his wages. Anyone who didnt see this coming was clueless. People talking about 30-40 million pound with Italian teams when they are broke is laughable

they can agree whatever they like with the player but if the club doesn't agree they can simply fuck off & die.

Mancini rules out any loan deal for Tevez, which kills AC Milan's hope of six month loan followed by £17million buy

Where's that from Lee?
