@Damocles, don't know if you're aware yet but the forum is all over the place at the moment. It's bouncing from full width screen and back, also the top bar is down at the bottom (sometimes anyway).

It happened for a small while with firefox this morning but absolutely fine now.

I use 64 bit Chrome and haven't experienced it, what was the bug out of interest?

The only thing I can think of is that occasionally ads have badly formatted HTML, and a missing </div> tag can mess up the layout.

The one from my post #163, I haven't had it in Firefox yet which made me think it's down to Chrome. It was an intermittent one that more or less happened every other page.
