Yeah we should all bow down to your superior knowledge and arrogance.

It's simple, you think you know better that Mancini - some people think you don't. Each to their own eh.

No.

You should do what football fans accross the world do and join in the football discussion by having opinions on the game. You know, like lots of people on the forum are doing right now.

Or, more applicable to you, if you don't understand the game go on the atmosphere threads or wherever else you feel at home, don't make trite statements which make you look like an out-of-his-depth schoolboy.

Same old, Dave, Can't defend your extreme arrogance so you drop in the the pathetic little insults instead.

Pretty much every player bought over the last couple of years were over-priced and are over-paid. So that is hardly a fair criticism.

That may be true. But some are delivering the good more than others. Aguero, Silva, Tevez, Toure: big money buys who are integral to the core of our team and therefore worth the expense. Nasri, Milner and Kolorov: big money buys who have not come anywhere near justifying their pricetags.

I do agree that some of our good players aren't delivering, but that's a different problem for me.

Personally I think that is more of a reason for Dortmund outplaying us last night than any tactical superiority by Klopp over Mancini. For whatever reason there players looked sharper and quicker and played with much more confidence.

If for example Reus, Gotze and the Polish captain were struggling like our three top players I have no doubt the game would have taken on a completely different pattern.

Klopp failed miserably last season in this competition. A record which would have had you fuming and questioning his tactical intelligence if he was a City manager. Hopefully by the time we play in Dortmund our players will be playing at the height of their capabilities and Dortmund will be struggling with form, as our players are at the moment.

Lets be honest Silva, Kompany Aguero have not hit the heights so far this season. No doubt I will get slated for that, but if were evaluating players based on this season our main players are the reason for our poor start.

But we're not evaluating based solely on this season. The players you mention have been generally superb and the backbone of our success,as for Kolarov.......
No no, you guys aren't judging things too quickly and Dave definately did not just say that Klopp proved he was a better manager after one result and meeting between the pair. That would be silly.

I'm basing my opinion on Bobbys history of dismal efforts in Europe and Kolarovs inability to defend since he signed.

Sorry I thought the OP was discussing the improvement in Kolorov over the course of this season. Where in response others are stating how rubbish he has been over the last few years.

Kolorov this year isnt getting the credit for his performances because the team is struggling. If for example we have four points on the board and Kolorov had scored the winner at Real peoples reaction maybe a little different. Maybe come Febuary he will be out of form and criticism will be fair.

SO you are basing your view on kolarov on his past season as opposed to his efforts this season.

And say what you want but Dave committed an atrocious act of hyperbole by stating Klopp proved anything last night.

You're so wrong. Reus is their new signing so based on many opinions here he still should need some time. Gotze was injured for a long time and started on the bench almost every Bundesliga match this season. And Kuba didn't play every minute too.

Dortmund and Klopp learned their lesson last season. But improved. We have much more experienced players but Mancini can only say something like 'I know where's the problem' and similar shit.

But what will happen in Amsterdam? They're not Villarreal 2.0. Ajax will play high, will be pressing a lot. I know a lot of people here will be surprised when will see that Ajax is similar to Dortmund. There's a good chance we won't make more than 2 or 3 points in this group. I think some people are blind but our only good match this season was against Fulham and nobody will play so deep, so negative. Maybe some pathetic clubs like Stoke, Norwich or Reading will try this but you can't expect these performances in CL.
