If it's deemed Tosin is nowhere near ready,which would appear to the case,then its a necessity we attempt to find a replacement asap.

PEP: Kompany will be four to six weeks out. Yaya can play in many positions but we have other options to play there at centre-back.
I really don't see Vinnie making much of a come back now, he must be soul destroyed at it. Even when he does get fit, there is so much uncertainty around when he will break down again, its doing no one any good. Not sure what the solution is, coaching role? ambassador for the club? Let him leave on a free and see if he can play somewhere else? Does Pep even want to keep him? So many unknowns.

I think it's been coming for a while,tbf pep did try to get Laporte and Bonnuci in the summer with no luck,hope he has others in his sights@karen7 was saying a long time ago we would need a replacement for Kompany. Glad you have arrived at the same conclusion.
I don't want this to be the end for vinny but i honestly don't know how much more he can mentally take with all this
