Kyle Walker newspaper story

This thread reads more like an Attenborough Special on Evolution with every anecdote of “When I was a lad, back in the days when lads were ‘real’ lads and women knew their place…”

Can’t speak for most adults, and certainly wouldn’t dream of speaking for the women on here, but what is the fascination with supposedly grown men getting pissed up and whipping their cocks out??? Or, did I answer that in the first paragraph above?
People think it’s a joke but his three children won’t be laughing at school today. Nor will his wife be happy at being betrayed again.
It is clear that Kyle has some personal problems in his life. That’s the kind way of putting it. Perhaps he is just selfish and callous.

I think you just did mate :)
I realize I might sound like a wet fanny, but seriously? It’s not 1960 or 1980. Not everywhere is the lad’s locker room, and the whole “I got a bit pissed and shouldn’t be held responsible for being a chauvinist pig who thinks he can expose himself in public and it’s all a good laugh, innit?!” is a tired and pathetic excuse for ridiculously juvenile behavior amongst supposedly grown adults.

Yes, I live far, far away from my old home in Manc, but some things never seem to change or improve, even with time and (for some) more money than sense!

Given the glass house that is America, I'm opening myself up to the usual, but English “culture” (or is it just Manc or pissed up lad culture?) is becoming more of an oxymoron over time.

From the land of Spring Break and Frat House parties?

Walker must be Mad as a box of frogs,

He must have everything in life, Wife, Kids, Health, Football, Medals, Money, But like most of us he's got Demons hiding in his Brains, So being happy and settled is not enough, You need that visit to the Darkside and when it calls you out you turn into a Werewolf,

The full moon syndrome it's called? not the blue moon syndrome we all have on here hahaha
The Yorkshire Werewolf of Manchester is a Dangerous Man Because Manchester does not have Sheep,

Don't Go out Tonight,

Teen Wolf - Rotten Tomatoes

Clearly he needs someone in his life to get his drinking under control. If his family can't do it, then maybe a warning from the police and help from the club may. I hope so for him and his children. All of them :O

You've probably been watching far too many 70s/80s American films.
I found this from a few years ago which is grim reading to me. I mean I over-indulged at times at uni, but I don't remember humiliating initiations apart from rumours of the rugby fellas. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, unless it kills you I guess.

That's a fascinating read.

He needs a big wake-up call, a scare if you like

Manchester City is powerless really because it was a planned players break, Ok they can speak to him about bringing the media attention to himself and the club in the downtime given by Pep, if it could become a police incident then Walker will be in trouble with both the club and the police even facing jail,

Becoming a police incident should be the wake up call Walker needs. Prob too long in the tooth now to change his ways though
