I can't help but feel that if we do lose Walker, we'll rediscover a bit of that brittleness where we can suddenly concede a couple on the break.

Having a player that can basically nullify an Mbappe or Vincious by himself is invaluable.

But like any player now, if he goes he goes and that's it. We will still be competing for all the trophies.

We came close to achieving that last season which drove us to the treble.

We are now potentially losing talent and experience at a time when the PL will probably be significantly more competitive than last season.

Pep & Tixxi will have plans and options but I sense that we are going to be pushed very hard this season and that it could be a bit bumpy at times.
