Despite a pretty good cast this was a bit of a letdown, a crime drama based in Stalins soviet union. Not sure what the focus of the film, be it the treatment of the people by the oppressive government or the thought of a serial child killer could be stalking the country and getting away with because in Stalin's Russia “there is no murder in paradise”. Could have been so much better.
