If we beat them again, although it will be in a different competition, it will further create an inferiority complex where we are concerned and will further undermine confidence in their own abilities as a team and club which will have consequences far beyond the EFL. So in beating them, albeit in the EFL, we could be setting them up to drop points in the Prem.They'll be looking for revenge after you beat them...
You took more than three points from them that day, their confidence was shot.
It could be argued that the fact we beat them in the way we did led to their 3 match run of defeats.

Psychologically it's huge. We can't take our foot off their throats now, ever. We've got them on the run, we can't give them any respite. The cracks are beginning to show. If we carry on as we are and they carry on as they are,they will break.to be honest its not.

If you extrapolate that to Pep not wanting any crap off Mourinho subsequently, then it may well dictate his team selection. You have to bear in mind how much these two hate each other.I'd be surprised if Pep's team selection is dictated by the thought of you getting a bit of stick down the pub.
