You sound like a paranoid Scouse - how will we get the toughest draw possible when it is a random draw? You are not suggesting that UEFA fix the draws - rig the process? What would the upside of that be ? If caught, which they would be eventually, mouths talk, the whole competition past and future would have no credibility and therefore future. What upside might there be - a team of their choice could win - hardly a worthwhile payback compared to the downside ... You may well be right about VAR etc.

But the pen last night was more of a pen than Walker’s. So if you give a handball for walker’s pen then you have to absolutely give a handball for that.

Also if the game was fixed surely they would have blown up a minute or so after the pen? The ref, fairly, gave PSG way over the allocated stoppage time because the pen took so long to be taken.

Never watch the Scum so can not comment on their penalty.

However the hand ball one awarded to Schalke against us was definitely a stitch-up.

I watched the Porto-Roma game and Porto won with a VAR penalty that was definitely the right decision, I hope they sort it out rapidly and get some consistancy.

We'll get done style by some dodgy ref in the next round but PSG have only themselves to blame two gift goals before the VAR penalty. They completely bottle it every year in Chsmpions League, personally always the Premier League for me as the Champipnd League is a glorified cup comp when a bent ref or bad luck can do for you but won't wiln it and then say we don't want to enter it next year !
