League or Champions League?

I can't believe some of the comments on here. Talk about small time mentality. Do you seriously think Kompany Silva and Aguero joined us to be appeased by winning a back to back league title? They want to win the big pot, It is called ambition. However corrupt UEFA are, I want to see us win the champions league, this season if possible.

After the results over the past two nights the question is gradually becoming less important. It is very much a possibility we can win both. There is potential for Lyon to get a goal and shock Barcelona and the QF lineup is then incredibly weak.

Of the teams currently through we would fancy our chances of beating all of them over two legs.

Atletico should hold on against Juventus too.

It comes down to luck of the draw but this competition is now blown wide open. Avoid Barca and there is no reason we cannot win the CL. We could do Barca over two legs but would prefer to avoid them for now.

Ajax aren't even top of the Dutch league. Tadic tore Real apart when he was nothing more than a good player at Southampton. We should just pack up and quit the CL now if we don't fancy our chances against the likes of Ajax.

Impossible with this refereeing I'm afraid. A miracle has to happen for City to win it, you can't overcome 11 players and a VAR team in tight clashes that are decided by 1 goal.

Yeah,good side to watch Ajax but that result says far more about Madrid than them. I watched Feyenoord absolutely outplay Ajax the other week,they beat them 6-2. Whoever we play we just need to play on the front foot with a high tempo and we should have too much for any of them. Despite some bad luck PSG paid the price for not really stepping on it last night against a very average scum side. They played to the aggregate score after half time last night and it cost them (along with the wonderful VAR).
