He strikes me as a petulant type, and one that needs to be mollycoddled a fair bit. But if the right manager found the buttons to press, I think we could have a player on our hands thats even better than what we saw in the early part of the season.
He probably is a managers worst nightmare, but the best managers can also see those types as a great opportunity.

Mark Hughes admits Elano was left out of Manchester City's defeat by West Brom due to his recent poor form.
