Leeds fans in City end

its obvious to me that a lot on this forum have never been to maine road.

13 year old leeds kid beaten black and blue by three 20+ aged lads.
all he was doing was going back to his coach which because it had travelled from the north west parked with the city coaches, although the majority on that coach were leeds fans.
but hey continue to wear your leeds hating blinkers.

We had just scored.. A number of fans entered the pitch to celebrate and one entered the pitch and slapped the opposition goalkeeper.. He his serving a prison sentence which is what the he deserved..

It's not right but fans enter the pitch from time to time to celebrate, especially late equalisers..

A city fan entered the pitch to confront rio Ferdinand and others through missiles in the man city - Utd Derby.. But I am wise enough to understand that this is down to a 'few' idiots attached to each clubs who once they have sobered up end up being answerable to thier actions when the police come calling.

Your post sums up the hypocrisy of JMW's post. Sorry about some of the bullshit you will have to of read.

so 1 fan who runs on and doesn't get near Rio and 1 coin hit to Leeds fans singing Saville songs, attacking a goalkeeper and many on the pitch and launching shit.

Yeah, Leeds aren't worse than us at all.

what the fuck are you on about you halfwit? the fact that he "didn't get near rio" makes it any better? jesus christ. we sing savile songs purely in response to opposition fans starting them. and as for your "many on the pitch and launching shit" you're clearly clutching at straws by making such a vague comment.

next please

no you don't, you sing Saville songs at other matches. Your support is worse than ours and much more badly behaved.

you're deluded or in denial, take your pick.

It's not a competition to see who has worse behaved supporters, just saying that trouble is very rare.. If you ask the clubs in div 1 and championship who brings the most support to them it's been Leeds, just like it was city when you were down these leagues..

Bit of a pointless debate about fans anyway.. Judge us after the fa cup game!?

We need to somehow drag ourselves back into play offs and you need to drag yourselves back into serious title contention, both now getting towards point of no return.. But hopefully still can be done! The Cockney Reds play Everton and from memory thier game last season (4-2 to 4-4) was the start of them messing up big time :)

Until the 17th

You'd think so wouldn't you. There was a family of rags in front of me in the family stand for the FA Cup game. father, mother and son. Shrek scores and they offer a stealth like low five or so they thought as I'd spotted it. No harm done I thought, they're minding their own business. Kompany gets sent off and they are all smiles so that's my cue. Excuse me steward, these are United fans. Bye bye. Guy next to me says he felt a bit bad about but I felt sod them, cheats!!

Same season had two Chelsea fans behind us and Swansea to the left. Not a problem. :)So long as they are respectful I couldn't care less. Smiling when our captain gets sent off is disrespectful if you're wearing a Bay City Roller kit.
Having a family ejected from the family stand, well done that man :-(

Imagine a family of blues in your family stand? We all know what you normally do to women and kids don't we?
Gotta love the level of debate on here at times. I have never hit a woman or kid in my life and, despite some of the anecdotal evidence on here, it's not a practice that's prevalent amongst the vast majority of Utd's support, particularly in the family stand.

So, in response to your presumably rhetorical question, imagine a family of blues in Utd's family stand. A man with his wife and child sat in a supposedly child friendly environment, watching the team he and his kid support without any fuss, not goading anyone or being disrespectful (the poster in question admits the family's only "crime" was to smile ffs) and that family is then ejected because some anally retentive home fan, who can't take losing or is upset by a referees decision, complains to a steward that they're away fans. I imagine that scenario and I imagine I'd consider it a petty, embarrassing and spiteful act by the Utd fan in question.

If that fan then went on to boast about his actions on an internet forum it would merely serve to confirm his immaturity to me and lead to me to assume that he was the child in his group in the family stand.

Taking club rivalry away for a moment do you really think the poster's actions, in getting a family group ejected from the family stand because they upset him by smiling when their team were winning, are worthy of boasting about?

LEEDS FANS SELLING TICKETS IN THE CB STAND

Where does he say he's selling them - just says that's where his tickets for the match are.

Do you know what? Secretly I felt bad for a few moments . Then I thought of walking to Wembley in the FA Cup semi when a gang of cockney red twats asked me and my ten year old son and my friend and his 21 year old daughter to sing Munich songs to them. I thought how that affected him and how he worried all through the match that he would bump into some more of your hard cockney wankers after the game and how it ruined his very first trip to Wembley. And then I couldn't give two shits.

Hope that clears it up for you. I dare say the fact you have survived on Bluemoon means you are one of the few decent United fans but to be honest I fucking hate the huge majority of you from your hypocritical, ungracious manager to your plastic fans whether they are from Salford or Singapore.
Well unless it was those same pricks from Wembley Way that you had removed from the family stand I don't see the relevance. Or do you think that because some arseholes ruined your son's day you were obliged to return the compliment when the chance arose?

As I said, well done you - and an extra special thumbs up for being proud enough of it to brag about it on the internet!

As much as I agree in part with you, that area is meant for home fans only and if I were at Old Trafford I'd either show no emotion if city scored or expect to be thrown out. It'd be nice if we could all sit together as one happy family but it's not like that is it? You have to question the parents taking their kids to a derby match and sitting with rival fans.

I am starting to wonder if you are serious Jmw.. The fan who run on to confront Rio. Was prevented from doing so by the quick thinking of Joe Hart.. So who knows what would have happened!?

Regarding the Leeds fans at Sheffield Weds, singing about Jimmy Savile. This game was the first game after it became common knowledge that Leeds born Jimmy Savile was in fact a vile scum bag.. Sheff Weds fans started to sing songs about Jimmy Savile, and suggesting all Leeds fans were the same (no need for to repeat the song).. As is a trait of football fans you are not going to sit there and get taunted for 90 minutes.. So the Leeds fans responded
with a chant about Savile to say to the Weds fans that 'so what' which of course is done purely not to lose the football match off the pitch in terms of banter.

so why sing pro savile songs and not sing songs about him being a c*** aswell?. Wednesday may have turned round and thought fair enough, they done us there, no point in carrying on. but in fact them taking the piss worked and wound you lot up and your fans proved to be the absolute scum bags that you are.

They shouldn't have been in there, and whether they got up and did a morris dance or low 5'd when Kompany got sent off or when you scored it doesn't really matter they shouldn't have been in there and when they did they annoyed someone who was entitled to be there.

Deliberately trying to goad City fans into singing Munich songs is nothing short of despicable, and very rich from a set of supporters who sing Heysel/Hillsborough and Istanbul songs when the opportunity comes their way.
