Would like Calves Out Jackie to get a rest for this one. He's started to get a bit snappy at some of the challenges he's had to endure in the last couple of games and you know Ayling and co. will be primed to kick the shit out of him again.
No chance. He's utterly garbage and his ponderous clueless play is that much of a negative, we'd be more effective playing with 10 men.If ever there's a game to start kalvin this is it, he knows Leeds inside out and with gundogan and Bernie alongside him he'll be fine.

Hopefully Pep will be gentle with them in training in the next couple of days. A few of them are looking like the long season is catching up a bit on them.
Pretty sure they're down to light training now.

I'm expecting this to be somewhat easier than West Ham. Leeds do not appear to be familiar with the concept of defending.

This is the only PL game left that I think we can rest him in.
On paper it's out "easiest" game left so it's now or never for me and he looks in need of a rest.
If Pep still doesn't trust Phillips, I would play Gundogan in the pivot.
I also think it would wise to rest Grealish and play Foden and Mahrez on the wings. I don't see either of them starting in Madrid.

Yeah, you'd imagine that this squad have gone beyond the need for intense, gruelling training sessions. More fine tuning re tactics etc. Lots of video analysis.Pretty sure they're down to light training now.
