Leicester City (A) | Post Match Thread

What do you mean by this? He arrived to us as a South American player of the season and in my view, better at everything than Jesus when he had arrived. The problem is he fell aside by the whole 'Haaland thing' and I am not sure Pep knows exactly what to do with him now. Almost a repeat of Kun - Edin saga and we might see his early departure at some point.
Alvarez has been playing football almost non-stop now for quite some time, and even if he has not been starting games of late, the mental and physical toll of being in the squad is inevitable. Add to that his move to a new hemisphere, country, climate, and time zone, and it would be a big ask to expect him to be ripping up trees this season.

Got no service Haaland possibly wouldn’t of done any better.

Overall a good 3 points against a resolute defence. We could have been 3 up at half time against a different keeper.

True. He might have profited from some of the high crosses to the back post, but Leicester marshalled their defence well. Alvarez made some good spins into space in the first half but was picked out only once by the midfield, with too many passes otherwise over hit.
