Just watched Pep's post match interview, we never won a tackle in the first 35 minutes!
Pep said I don't coach tackles, well maybe he should start.
This was predictable, Leicester are a better team than their league position, rested players inc Vardy, wet conditions so we play 3 at the back expecting City domination and no idea about long balls.
Three suspensions we should learn plan B to park the bus and counter attack. Our play is tedious, pass pass to no where. We need to press and bite and rip teams to bits, this team is not the finished article. Start by sorting out the defence in January then keep the same team especially for the big games.

Pep doesn't believe the EPL is any different to other leagues he has managed in,he might turn out to be a great manager but at the moment he is f***ing up Big Time.

I'm not saying for one minute that Kiddo IS the answer, what I'm saying is that Guardiola might need to think about talking to someone who knows the PL and Kiddo has been round a long time and would have some idea as to how teams play. There are times when a real man asks for help and this might be the time that Guardiola swallows his pride and talks to people with experience. IMHO

He may well be and Kidd may be part of the problem not the solution.

You have to ask who is the current squad is worthy of investment both long and short term and go from there.

The current squad is not going to be competitive as it stands under Pep irrespective of who he employs , where and how and it then remains do you give Pep the ability to choose who he wants and go for those players as best is possible or do you stick with how we have been recruiting in the past.

You always have to turnover players and some restrictions will limit that from window to window but again no matter the system how many of the starting eleven for example against Leicester do you want to invest in and rely upon to start next season for example and the the year after that.

The annoying thing is it's another wasted year, why do we need to keep spunking hundreds of millions of pounds to stay at the same level, if we don't win the league this year which we won't that's 3 years of failure, I think pep is a very good manager and we will get there but I'm not sure it will have been worth it.

I genuinely do not have a clue why anything less than being successful this year is acceptable.

This squad has its deficiencies but I would still not swap it for any other. I have blamed Txiki for past seasons but as confirmed by Gabriel Jesus (the phonecall) Pep was completely privvy to any transfer business this summer and we did not properly strengthen in the areas we required.

Its crazy we walked into the season with three centre halfs, including one who has not played regularly for years and a player who due to numerous mistakes could not get in the Everton team. Compare that to the number of wide players/attacking midfielders we have. Its a complete imbalance.
