We need to start like a house on fire and get an early goal then just keep it tight and hit them when they inevitably break on us, the only way it will go tits up is if Vinny plays and ends up too high up and fouls Vardy early on as they will fancy their chances against our high back line, need our forwards pushing and stopping them pinging decent balls out from the back.

We have the most focused manager and players we have ever had , our 2012 ,2014 teams were excellent , but this group of players will not take anything lying down , they are winners every last one of them fighting for the same cause , there are no sulkers or players giving less than 100% (just looked back at this post and its very RAWK like , apologies)

If someone would of offered the chance to win the league by winning these two games when we were 7 points behind, we'd of bit their hand off. Fact of the matter is if we mess this up it will be our own fault, and we can only blame ourselves.

You know what, lots of city fans watched the dippers last night desperately hoping they’d drop points and getting very despondent about the outcome

Wouldn’t surprise me if our players and staff never even watched them and only took a passing interest in the result

They’ll be totally focussed on getting the 3 points tommorow despite whatever the dippers did or didn’t do last night

Pep said he was going to watch it, Walker, Stones, B Silva, Foden, Aguero all watched it. No idea on the others

We're gonna batter these tomorrow night I have no doubt ! Pep will know all about these dark arts going on around us and he'll know exactly what to say and do to combat it. We'll blow the fuckers away in the first half..3 goals. You heard it here first. COME ON CITY! !! We need to be positive and confident people, no room for pessimists or half empty brigaders. We are CITY and we fight til the end. CTID.

10 points behind... don’t let any deluded dipper have you believe otherwise

After Newcastle I gave it up

What an incredible run we’ve gone on since

His feelings are not way off at all. It may or may not happen, but his logic is sound. Fern is out, so Gundogan drops into the role, meaning Bernardo might drop into the centre, meaning Bernardo’s wing spot is taken by either Sané or Mahrez. He makes the point that Sané giving the ball away might hurt us through their counter attacks. More sound logic. So it’s not really well wide of the mark. It is the kind of thinking that will be running through Pep’s mind. The question is which is greater? Pep’s desire for maximum control, or Pep’s loss of faith in Mahrez? It might be the latter, in which case Sané or Foden will start. But the thought process is correct.
In my humble opinion Pep won't start Mahrez, you have your opinion I have mine, it's called a forum.

Anyone that goes remember it took us until the 64th min before Dzeko scores v bill in 2014

Sad to see so many blues falling for the dippers propaganda and not letting facts get in the way of a good story.

From the moment they did Chelsea it’s been in full flow
1st we had spurs who would have their tails up after knocking us out of the CL and we would be crushed after going out.
Fact, we actually won that CL game and did what we needed to do and won.

2nd the scum, they told us this is the hardest game we could of asked for against are biggest rivals who would show a reaction
after losing their last game 4 nil.
Fact, It is the worst United teams in the last 20 years who hate the dippers more than us and City did what needed to be done.

3rd Burnley, out of the away game we could pick this was the hardest they told us, hard to beat Burnley full of Liverpool lovers
who would kick us to bits.
fact, Burnley had no more love for Liverpool than they do for us, yes we made it a harder game than it should of been but we
did what we needed to do.

Now dipper lover Rogers is bring is all conquering mighty Leicester City to the Etihad and will be more motivated than us because they need to win
to get 7th place in the league.
Fact, the Leicester are not a bad team on their day but we are at home with a manager and players who have been here many times before against
harder teams than Leicester City.
It’s still are last home game of the season so we need to make it a party atmosphere and let the player do what needs to be done.

As for the bin dippers they have been nothing short of embarrassing begging teams to do us a let them win.
The good thing about them beating new castle is it will be so funny watching 50 thousand fans crying when they hear we are winning at Brighton
on their transistor radios they found in the bin.

I m aware that this is a city forum and my opinion will be not very popular on here , dont get me wrong I m not saying you are wrong here but: over the last few games you were supposed to cruise and trash everybody on the road according to most people me included but things have been harder than most of us would thought:
  • a win against Crystal palace that took a late counter attack goal to deny them coming back into the game after they deciding to actually start playing with 10 min left to go.
  • a narrow win against tottenham with Ederson denying Lucas and Son on three occasions.
  • A nil nil first half against a shocking united side , with yet another DDG mistake then Lingard missing the unmissable.
  • A very tense narrow 1 nil win against burnely , with a goal coming deep into the second half.
Yet we were all thinking it will be a walk in the park, blitzing teams right left and center but we saw 2 narrow tense wins with both a one goal margin and a nervous city team seen against Utd first half, Burnley first half and Crystal palace last 10 min.

The thing is your team is on a 12 games winning run and it s always hard on the players nerves to keep going no matter how good you are.

Still , You are going to win the last two games , pool were so lucky in this title race and in all fairness it will be hard ending the season empty handed .. Again.

Fair play to you guys.

Will we win?
I need to know.

Of course we will!

Our last home game of the season, we've won 17, lost 1 at home all season, we are the reigning champions, we have been fighting uphill every inch of the way, without relenting 1mm since the Newcastle game back in January, and yet we still refuse to rollover for the media darlings.

WE WILL WIN THIS GAME AND THE NEXT ONE, BELIEVE!!
