It is strange that now Haaland is here, Sane would be an ideal fit.

We went from a fast breaking team with quick direct low crosses,
which saw us turnover the ball more easily, when unsuccessful.To
a slower, break them down, our quality will eventually lead to goals
approach, where we control possession with less turnover options
for the opposition. So, providing KDB is grumpy that day, we'll win.

It's not likely to happen but would love to see Sane speeding past
TAA, then whipping the ball across box for Haaland to outmuscle
or outpace vandyke to smash it past Allison..

Sterling deserved the LW slot over Sane in the latter half of 18/19 cause he completely outplayed him, as did Bernardo who was playing often on the RW. Mahrez sat on the bench even more than Sane that year.

True, I thought Stirling on the right and sane on the left was great. Still think Mahrez would be more effective in a more central position too like he was at Leicester. There again I'm just some **** on the internet and I suppose baldy knows what he's doing.

He could turn out like Malouda for Chelsea. Certain wingers peak in their late 20's and go on to have 5 or 6 great years.

When he was playing at his peak with us I thought it was a question of time before he became a Ballon'Dor candidate, that has not happened and never will.

His career has completely stalled, partially injury but mainly mentality, he is too lazy for an elite athlete.

He’s not lazy at all. He’s actually had decent form again this season but Bayern are hell bent on moving him central.
