a lot of us are aware you want us to give him a bad time so we want to piss you lot off by not doing...its all over our boards...whether we do or dont is irrelevant as he has already thrown his best hand in with the transfer request. please dont condone him striking as whatever the team or player thats too far in my book

Funny thing is, most rags are pretty stupid when it comes down to it, and haven't the banter to keep up with City fans. That's not been arrogant, that's just the consequence of them having thirty years of having to just say "look at the trophy cabinet" and us having to come up more imaginative stuff, I'm sure it's the same with your lot in Liverpool.

I like rags on this site. They're like being a heavyweight and boxing a featherweight, you let them dance about a bit mouthing off, but you eventually take them out with a big solid right hook of an insult when you get bored.

I used to live in Wigan, and am now in Leigh, therefore I refute your claims of cleanliness!
I was near the hospital, and even they were a bit on the dirty side.

Not sure about Steven Taylor, if you sold Lescott you could do better than him with the money we'd be giving you. Don't really rate Taylor, but saying that I don't really rate Lescott I just think he's part of a very well drilled defence. The fact he's scored a fair few goals for a defender has given his profile a big boost. Maybe Taylor would fit in well if Moyes works his magic, few would have predicted Jagielka to have made that sort of impact.

On Lescott, I can see the Everton fans giving him a sort of non recpetion, I don't think they'll make him feel as welcome as they did for the Malaga game but don't think they'll boo him either. I've read it mentioned on here that Lescott's agent said he's go on strike but did anyone actually hear this interview? Seems a very drastic step for someone like Lescott, he doesn't strike me as that much of a trouble causer, unlike say Anelka who doesn't care what anyone thinks of him.
