There's no wiggle room with 100%.

It's a definitive, theres no probability or chance involved; it's done, duted, finished.

I'm not knocking Spursmad, he's passing on information third hand so its not his fault it the info he's fed is unreliable.

Like you say people get carried away, but terms like "100%" "done deal" and "fact" are all terms that are just going to set an ITK up for a fall.
