I'd probably say Torres, Gerrard, Rooney, Ferdinand, Fabregas, Terry, Lampard, Drogba, Essien and Robinho.

DSOB; Top 10 Prem players?... well its a moot point to even suggest to compare defenders versus attackers. So by position (in no particular order):

Top 10 defenders:
Carragher, Vidic, Ferdinand, Terry, Carvalho, Clichy... Now it gets a big tougher; Toure, Gallas, Cole, Agger, Bosingwa, Evra, Lescott

Top 5 Defensive Midfielders:
Mascherano, Barry, Alonso, Carrick, Essien

Top 5 Attacking Midfielders:
Gerrard, Lampard, Fabregas, in a class of thier own then: Ireland/Cahill/Arteta/Young/Arshavin (he's not an out and out striker)

Top 10 strikers:
Torres, Adebayor, Robinho, Drogba, Anelka, Berbatov, Keane, Van Persie, Rooney, after that i'm struggling to keep the quality up; i'd say lets see what Tevez can do this season though.

So; Barry, Adebayor, Robinho, Toure. With cases for Tevez i'd say maybe De Jong too, Kompany is also another who could really excel with us. From there the homegrown quartet of Ireland, Micah, Onuoha and Johnson have all shown just how good they can be in the next 5 years.

I'd hardly say we've not got any "top 10" players. Robinho is one of the best in the league and Adebayor would be looked on much differnetly with a "big 4" tag around his neck.

He didn't mean make an 11 out of the league, he meant pick the top 10 players. If that means 5 of them are strikers and there's no keeper then that's ok. Oh yeah, and Arteta is NOT one of the top 10 Premiership players.
