Lescott [Merged]

Ok, this just got interesting.

Our Evertonian visitors can now remove one of their stock responses, the "Lescott doesn't want to leave" response. He clearly does, and he's officially requested it now.

Moyes is still playing hardball, verbally at least, but we'll see how this develops this week. Everton now get more money without City having to offer more due to the loyalty bonus not being valid anymore. With Lescott wanting to go, and making this known, I'd be surprised if City didn't test their resolve again with a higher bid, £20m to £22m perhaps.

If Moyes digs his heals in and refuses to sell then he'll most definitely have a disgruntled employee on his hands and, World Cup year or not, Lescott won't be in the frame of mind to consistently perform at his best.

Didn't someone say we had given this whole thing a Wednesday deadline?

pollerz did but he always says wednesday's lol
The reason I find that interesting is, every man and his dog would have moved on from this deal last week for sure, unless your Welsh or/and you know something........

If everton want to play hard ball then we should recall Jo.

Fuck them... why should we strenthgen their side when they are acting like twats. Get him back and loan him to one of their rivals instead.
