You can recall players who are on loan for any amount of time as long as the club (loaning) havnt paid a fee! Button was on a six month loan and spurs recalled him! But jo cant be recalled everton paid a fee!

everton have been absoloute twats in this whole thing , everytime we have put a bid in or something has happened , they have informed the press and made it a big thing , city wanted this one low key , moyes has been a dick , trying the big i am , he looks like a right twat now we are getting lescott. not for sale at any price !! bollox gollum try the big i am somewhere else , it aint working with us , not saying people should just say yes because of our money , but the things he has said and the way he has gone about the whole thing , thats the disgusting bit , not the way we have gone about it ,,,haha makes me laugh picturing him in a city shirt celebrating infront of the blue dippers after he nods in the winner, they boo'ed him for wanting to move to a bigger club with bigger ambitions . what a joke ayy larr
