That all depends on his fitness, which Hughes and his staff will obviously assess tomorrow morning. He's missed the last 2 Everton games and has been training in isolation. So he's certainly not going to be as fit as the rest of the squad. If he's not quite ready yet, there'd be nothing wrong with going with Toure and Onuoha at centre back against Palace (assuming the Dunne to Villa rumours have an element of truth). But then again, Hughes may decide that a Carling Cup game is ideal to get his sharpness back in time for the weekend. So who knows!?mcfcliam said:Will he play on thursday?
