An extremely rare case of an actual warrant being issued. The warrant was not exercised and licensing eventually withdrew with their tails firmly between their legs.
Voting with your feet. It isn't for me but I have no issues with anyone who does it. I could drive in the bus lane for example but don't for fear of getting caught.Apparently I’m one of 276,000 people who’ve decided to do our bit to defund the BBC in the last 4 months.... that’s an awful lot of court cases and an awful lot of jails needing to be built. I’ll take my chance I think.

Do you watch tv or are you just opting out? If you can answer that without incriminating yourself obviously.
OK is there such a thing as a TV Detector Van or is it a myth.
Hope you don't get too stressed about it re bailiffs and the like.I watch my tv for Netflix / Amazon. Stopped watching the BBC ages ago. I loathe their bias and can’t stand that big eared perverted Mr Superinjunction Lineker so I’ve no desire to watch it any time soon.
Hi guys, I'm interested in the feedback on this thread.
I don't watch live TV but do have netflix. I don't watch the iplayer or have sky etc.
I've actually not cancelled my licence because I don't want aggressive bailiffs on my doorstep. I have a family, kids etc and I don't want the hassle.
it's rather sad but I think the cost is less hassle!
