Or maybe they've offered him a package that is dogshit and have begged Messi since January to sign but Jorge and son have declined.
Forget the fact he's playing the Copa America and he'll sort it after it's finished, that's irrelevant, he's had plenty of time to get this sorted.

Him letting his contract run down surely should tell us everything we need to know.
