quite opposite, Ronaldo can do whatever Messi can and Messi would never be good in headers, free kicks and long shots overall like Ronaldo. But generally I hate that any discussion about any of these two has to finish on comparing them... great players both of them

And who makes better who - Messi Barcelona or Barcelona Messi, it's enough to look at Argentina and Messi's achievements there.... it's easy to smile in barcelona when you trashing anyone 5:0, couldn't see any of those smiles on Copa America, quite opposite ;)

And it's not like Argentina is Bolton Wanderers quality...
 
Much can be said for the entire squad, including our own players Tevez and Aguero. They should surely be enough to lead a good line with the likes of Pastore, Cambiasso, Di Maria and co. behind them. Argentina are a mystery and are not a good argument.

argentina just confirm how in football you cant win without a great defence. they at the moment dont have any single world player in their defense.

No way. Messi's, balance, and dribbling is much more superior to Ronaldo's, who relies mainly on his pace and physical strength to get past players. Messi is a much more graceful player, and his football intelligence, and brain is something Ronaldo doesn't have, which is why Messi is able to thread perfect throughballs, and passes. Ronaldo will never be able to play in the "hole", which is where Messi played in Barca's 5-0 win over Madrid last season, and destroyed them from that position. And this "he's shit for Argentina" is one of the biggest myths around. He plays as a playmaker for Argentina, not in that false number nine, he does for Barca. He's been Argentina's best player for a while, and far outshone the likes of Tevez, Aguero, Higuain, Di Maria. Being able to adapt to a different system, and style of play is testament to his ability.
 
He's a tough little fucker as well which is something people don't notice. He gets constantly kicked and fouled but he just gets up, and carries on. None of this throwing yourself to the floor and moaning at the ref that Ronaldo likes to do.

Ronaldo's biggest fault is when he tries something and it dosen't come off like a long range shot/freekick or tries to do a trick and loses the ball he can't just move on quickly and carry on with the match he will stand there annoyed that it didn't work.
 
Messi is a footballer I could watch everyday for the rest of my life. He caught some stick at the beginning of the season for looking a bit tubby, one word, maradonna. This is where the conversion starts - he will fill out and become as unstoppable as maradonna was. Maradonna was 26 before winning the world cup for Argentina, Messi has a few years on him, to catch up.

Tranny is tremendous specimen of a athlete and footballer, open the big book on football and if it describes the ultimate footballer, it would be close to tranny - runs well, great pace, strong, passing, movement, good strike on him, good header of the ball etc etc but messi - messi does the impossible, thats why he is the king.
