As people are saying DON'T concede an early goal, we don't want to be chasing the game, we don't often win when we go behind. I'd take a draw now
I have been going to City games at Anfield since the 70s. I can hardly remember any games when we have scored first. It drives me mad. I always think we should sit tight for the opening 30 minutes. But we always seem to play into their hands by being Gung Ho. I hope today is different.

Not confident whatsoever which means we'll probably put on a masterclass and win.

I cannot think of a single time that Pep has set us up for a nil nil, and I doubt he’ll be changing his philosophy today. Ball retention is what he wants, not inviting pressure by sitting back.

I feel like he has once or twice and it just doesn't work for our team or setup. Hasn't gone back to it again.

I have this strange feeling that Pep told the team to conserve their energy against PSG even if it means we lose and put everything out there against Liverpool like they did with Chelsea.

The mood has not been bad after the loss to PSG as everyone is relaxed about us progressing in the group stages but the big game has to be Liverpool so all or nothing now please

Not sure we’ve improved visibly that much so far. Ake scored from a corner, think it might be a stretch to describe Gabi’s goal v Chel

Correct Ball retention and pass them to death with total beautiful football the Pep and City way. I’m looking forward to it as I always am with this amazing team
