57+35 membership = £92 that's just the start.

Season ticket the way forward for next season if you ain't got one.

The 3 payments is fantastic with City

I think that you will see a much bigger uptake of season tickets as the stand alone ticket price increases

I pay what? £35 per home game over the season?

In four installments it's a lot more palatable

This is a breakdown of my3season tkts mine33rd year s/t holder/my son ( who's 13)10 th yr s/t holder,& my dads3rd season (he took over my daughters tkt which she held for10 yrs) back row family stand2nd tier ACE VIEW!!! £520+260+120=£900.00 divide by 57 matches(19 each) works out@£15.79p pp per game :-) cheap as chips well worth the money

It ain't palatable if you want to take the nippers though.

Quite a jump!

Wow, that is a monumental fuck-up price wise!

£57.00 for an adult is bad enough but juniors at £34.00 is quite shocking. While the benefits of buying a season ticket are quite obvious, not everyone, me included, can commit too it at the moment!

Welcome to the world of tourists sat next to you!

I could be wrong here, but I think that's the same as the first home game last year. Expected it to be a top priced game same as the derby, Chelsea, Arsenal and last 3 home games.
Plus you need plenty of Ticket / Loyalty points to get a ticket so it won't be 'tourists' sat next to all you 'real' fans some of us have been coming for 40 or more years.

Viagogo will supply the tourist all the tickets they need.
Be prepared to have people sitting next to you and in front of you who are recording the game on their iPads...

I get this at every CL game. Students and tourists in almost every seat near me including usually 10-20 away fans.

We are the new A.........l.

Has anyone got that Khaldoon end of season video where he states the club and fans will always come first.

On second thoughts don't bother.

I appreciate Sheikh Mansour has to make his money back, but that's one hell of a way of driving away support, and ensuring more empty seats at home matches.

How much is champions league going to cost? We are getting close to London club prices be we don't earn their wages, I think if City aren't careful the soul of the club will be gone quicker than they think. The average person up here is worse off due to the recession than most, if they price us out without getting the fan base of the rags who are tourist central, they will start to see a lot more empty seats on match days, in a few years I'll struggle to pay for my season ticket nevermind hopefully taking my daughter, and that doesn't include cup games etc. I think after this season I'll be packing in champions league and "shudder" may even go via viaggoo to sell the days I can't go to try and get money back to pay for my domestic cup games.

Well it looks like Fa cup games and West Brom/Sunderland/QPR type games at home for me this season. Just hope I get a season ticket in the new stand next season, which I think the ridiculous prices being charged, is trying to get more people to do.

If it was 15 quid a game every would go. You can't just pay that, for a lot of people 520 is a lot of money. I don't really get why people justify city's pricing by saying its so much per game.

57 quid is ridiculous we will end up with loads of tourists whilst all the actual fans sit at home in the pub, just like what happened to united, chelsea. And liverpool. Season tickets are going every year aswell

Got a couple of friends coming over from Singapore, English lad and his missus, will I be able to buy tickets through my seasoncard for them for this game?

If so, when is it likely?

Wind up surely!

The core support ie season card holders, have been looked after as regards cost of going to the match but what I don't really understand is what the club actually get out of the mad match day prices for such relatively few tickets? If the price was say £36 rather than £57,how much are they losing out on per match and wouldn't the PR about the club keeping football prices low so the lower waged aren't priced out like at many clubs be worth it's weight in gold?

The small percentage of stand alone tickets are not aimed at John Doe the occasional match goer from Gorton

They are aimed at the tourists to maximise revenue..the once in a lifetime goers who will happily pay that and more to see City play
