Liverpool terror attack

Funnily enough.....

I saw the very same Bill Clinton in the Starbucks on the corner of Mount Street & Peter Street in 2006 when he was at the Labour Party conference at GMex. Was a little unexpected to put it mildly.

Unfortunately me and my colleague had to go to a meeting but with all his security, and the fact it isn't a big place, there wasn't much room anyway.
I’m shocked, you go in Starbucks ? Thought you had more class than that mate.

Sorry this is just daft. It's like saying levantine arabs can't be antisemites because they are also semites, or "I'm not homophobic because I'm not scared of homosexuals but I still like giving them a good hiding".

Words can have different definitions besides the "common sense" obvious one that one might assume.

In my first year of my degree I can remember a lecturer stating that using dictionary definitions for essays was wrong and it was correct to refer to definitions in subject source materials.

If you need extra incentive to consider why you are wrong, maybe ask yourself why Onslow is liking your post?
Well, I am @Fode N The Hole phobic!
Your simile in the second sentence is not vaguely analogous and the first sentence is bonkersly irrelevant.
So you would say my objection to theistic religion is religiophobic even tho it is based on logic and evidence, rather than irrational fear or prejudice?

I’ll hold off before I send him my £20. The video shows no heroics, literally a taxi pulling up at its destination and a bomb going off before the taxi had even come to a stop.
A family friend has confirmed what the driver did. Locked the **** in the car so he couldn’t get out to murder and maim.

He is literally a hero. I hope he gets tens of thousands raised for him and his family. Not too sure there will be an insurance clause for ‘terrorist twat’

So lucky it didn't go off properly, many would have died i'd imagine as it was driven right up to the building.
I don't see the driver getting out beforehand though, at least not in the video from the BBC

We’ve all seen the video. The doors would have been locked anyway whilst the car was in motion, the bomb went off before the vehicle stopped.

!?

Nice story mate, but I'm sure @Prestwich_Blue will be along shortly to give a story of meeting another minor celebrity to blow you out of the water :)
I know he’s met a lot, that was a top trip to Barca though, 4 days of mayhem, we packed so much in and to meet Clinton just topped it off, been back 3 times since, my favourite European City, love it.

Like these football autobiographies where they add details for authenticity, but get the wrong guy as president.
If you’re referring to Bush as being the President which he was, I believe the protocol is still to call ex presidents “Mr President”.
